Cheney Cusses Out Senator

The Vice President loses his cool and drops the "F" bomb on Senator Leahy

Three and one half years ago, President Bush promised to "change the tone in Washington." Last week, Vice President Dick Cheney did exactly that, angrily telling Senator Patrick Leahy (D-Vt.) to "go f*ck himself" on the floor of the Senate.

The exchange took place as the Senators and Cheney, who as Vice President serves as the President of the Senate, were assembling for a group picture. Senator Leahy, who has been a vocal critic of the work performed by Cheney's former company Halliburton

Michael Moore's controversial film opens to large crowds; Bush opts for a comedy

Michael Moore's controversial new film, "Fahrenheit 9/11," opened this weekend to critical and popular reviews, stirring talk that Moore could garner another Oscar nomination for his seering portrait of the Bush administration's incompetence. In response to the film, White House Press Secretary Scott McClellan commented that "all of this stuff is made up, well, except for the parts about the President being on vacation 42% of the time before 9/11. The rest of it was all pure fabrication, other than maybe that part about how the Bush family was tied financially to the Bin Ladens."
